Prayer is the place of admitting our need, of adopting humility, and claiming dependence upon God. Prayer is the needful practice of the Christian. Prayer is the exercise of faith and hope. Prayer is the privilege of touching the heart of the Father through His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. James 4:8

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Phil. 4:6-7

Father, in Your mercy, hear our prayers.

Please Pray
My boyfriend was diagnosed with leukemia last March, but just told me this week, because he could no longer hide the effects of the chemo. He did not want me to be burdened and is still trying to “go it alone”. Because of his own religious background and the bad experience we had with my extreme right family, we don’t talk much of faith, but I know that God can make this right, so I turn to you and your people for prayer. Prayers that I will be a strong support to my boyfriend and that he will find peace and courage with God and me. Prayers that we both find a deeper faith through this. And, I don’t know if it is right or fair to pray for healing, but that is what I want to pray for too. Thank you for listening and taking the time to pray.
